Thank you for ordering from the Bead Room! ...
Currently... NO ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED. All items that are currently in the store, are for pick up ONLY. This includes membership annual dues payments, and bead packages. Even smaller items must be picked up.
The following section will only apply in the future, when and if we decide that we will begin shipping items.
Most items will be shipped within 3 days. We will use the cheapest method available to us to ship your order, unless you have specifically requested and paid for, a faster delivery method.
Items that are OUT OF STOCK should be noted as such, automatically, in the item description. It could happen that our inventory count does not sync with the store. If you should order an out of stock item, unknowingly, the Bead Room will attempt to call you about the delay.
Some items are SPECIAL ORDER items, that we do not stock, either becasue of customization or cost. These items will be marked in the item description that a longer than usual delivery time will occur.
Returns: If you receive an item that is damaged or is clearly NOT the item you ordered, we will accept a return. In order to return an item, you MUST, first, contact us within 24 hours of receipt and give us the details of the problem, and we will work something out. Returns under other circumstances are not likely to be approved.
